为了方便印城华人回国签证的需要， ICCCI将于2015 年4 月19 日 1- 5 pm 在Carmel High School Freshman Cafeteria 集中受理护照申请并收取费用。
ICCCI会将申请材料一起寄到芝加哥，在领馆发放签证后会派人取回护照和相关文件，之后再通知大家来领取个人护照。 符合条件者可拿到10年有效签证。

签证费：$140每人; 手续费: $25每人。 支票收款人： ICCCI.

To help with local Chinese community, ICCCI will group collect passport and other related documents for Chinese visa application. ICCCI will send the documents to Chicago, and will also send a person to Chicago to get them back. All qualified person will get the 10-year visa.
